Play Bingo Caller ("we", "us") runs a free online bingo caller and bingo game. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used. If you have questions, email hello@playbingocaller.com.

Information we collect

• Game data. The display name you choose and the bingo cards dealt to you. This data is stored on our server only to run the game and is automatically deleted 12 hours after the game was last used. Don't put personal information in names.
• Local storage. Your browser stores a random player ID and access token for each game so you can rejoin after a refresh, plus your last used display name, your voice settings, and the state of the single-screen caller.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and request times for security and troubleshooting.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads on content pages and on waiting and results screens, never while numbers are being called. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, whether they start the caller or a game, and which bingo type and patterns they choose. We don't send names, game codes or cards to Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies and Google processes this data under its ownprivacy policy.

Your consent choices

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent message from Google with the options to accept, reject or manage cookies. Until you accept, advertising and analytics cookies are not used, and you will only see non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link shown by the consent message.

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Utah), you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising. Children

The game is suitable for families, but the site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Because we don't have accounts, most game data is deleted automatically within 12 hours. For any other request, contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
